To help make our Evening Under the Stars Auction and Gala a success we need your help! Last year because of your generous sponsorships, donations, and participation at the event we raised close to $70,000! That is the most money ever raised by a St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School auction. Can we join together and beat that this year?

Tickets Price
|
$65 per ticket, includes appetizers, chicken and tri-tip entre, grilled vegetables, potatoes, salad, bread, coffee and tea; with a vegetarian option available.

Drink Tickets
|
Sold in $10 increments - $4 mixed drinks, $3 beer & wine, and $1 soda & water.

Raffle Tickets
|
6 for $20 or $5 each.

Raffle Prizes
|
First prize $500, second prize $250, and third prize $100. Plus lots of raffle baskets to choose from.

| Bubbles and Bling |
NEW THIS YEAR! Try your luck at winning a stunning set of bling worth $800. Purchase one of the 75 glasses of champagne for sale at the auction for $50 each, to be entered into the raffle. If your glass contains the winning number the bling is yours! The odds are in your favor with a 1 in 75 chance to win. |

Golden Ticket Raffle

NEW THIS YEAR! One lucky winner gets to select the live auction item of their choice. Each ticket costs $100 and you may enter as many times as you'd like until 100 tickets are sold. The odds are in your favor with a 1 in 100 chance at winning. Must be present to win.

Fund a Need
|
This year’s Fund a Need donations will go toward enhancing our outdoor area and extending our student's learning environment and experience. Be prepared to watch an amazing video explaining the need at the auction.

Wine Lovers Estate
|
We are collecting wine donations for the Wine Lover’s Estate Collection. Just bring in a bottle of wine worth at least $15 and One lucky winner will take the entire collection home on auction night.

Music and Dancing
|
Our very own Ren Rivera will be providing jams for you to boogie down to.

What to be on the Look Out For

Classroom Basket Donations
|
Soon, room parents will be asking for themed donations to create amazing classroom baskets to be offered during the silent auction. Remember, your participation is what drives the silent auction and makes the basket selection phenomenal!

Dessert Donations
|
NEW THIS YEAR! We need one dessert platter per class donated for the dessert silent auction. It can be one parent or many chipping in to help bake and create a beautiful platter and presentation. Please signup through our volunteer link.
